Before you make your decision to buy any type of bakery machinery and equipment, be sure to read the warranty information thoroughly. Knowing this information in advance might save you from difficulties later on. For example, the warranty usually specifies which company should be performing any maintenance work on the unit. If it says that you need to have this work performed by an authorized dealer, be sure that you follow these instructions to the letter. You may not be covered under the warranty for subsequent (and more expensive) repairs if you decide to have another company handle minor repairs or maintenance work because they are less expensive or more convenient. These kinds of decisions can end up proving even more expensive later on if the warranty is voided.
