If you are thinking of buying a manual dough divider or any type of large machinery for your business, make sure that you review the warranty conditions that come with the unit. Each company will have its own manufacturer’s warranty. You’ll want to familiarize yourself with the language of the warranty. The company takes it very seriously. If you don’t meet the conditions the company sets out, you may find that you are not covered if something happens to your machine, and you do not want that to happen.
For example, if the warranty says that you have to have all servicing performed by an approved agent, then stick to that rule. Make sure that the agent records the work in your service booklet. Otherwise, the warranty coverage period may be affected or terminated.
