The DIV-R square is able to divide into 20 or optionally into 10 equal parts. Furthermore, it is equipped as standard with flour recovery technology and a pressure setting facility. Dividing being a challenging stage for machines, JAC has made ambitious technical choices: reinforced piston, cast aluminium floats with EASY CLEAN treatment, Start and Stop system, sharpened stainless-steel knives, square stainless-steel tank. These advantages make it a benchmark machine on the bakery market.
